Lancome All Over Concealer
One thing about me, I love a good concealer! Building a good base is crucial when it comes to creating a look that gives an illusion that’s close to perfection, and I think without a good concealer… we’re screwed. I prefer to use my concealer as the product I rely on to build coverage on the skin, rather than doing it with a foundation. So I usually look for a full coverage concealer that is very thin in consistency, this way I have the option to really layer the concealer just in the areas where it is needed and go lighter with product on the rest of the face for more natural appearance.
I wasn’t even the market for a new concealer but I was browsing through ULTA and ended up swatching some of their products. It’s always hard to tell if something is going to work out for you just by trying a little on the back of your hand, but the way this one melts into the skin was a definite green flag for me! This concealer seems have a ‘natural matte’ finish, meaning there’s no shimmer or sheen that’s supposed to give a glow, but the actual concealer seems to be just a little bit hydrating so it sits softly on the skin mimicking our skins natural texture.
I do really like this concealer, seems like one I could wear year round and I just love how soft it is. The shade range isn’t too impressive, so I feel like there is some room for improvement there, but I have no other critiques on this one!
