Remember way back when.. however many years ago, we were all like “OMG! These cameras on our phones are so good!” We would even stop and marvel with complete fascination at how HighDef everything everywhere was becoming.
It only took about one or two years before it all turned into “You MF”s better find out a way to blur and contort my face on every single app that has a camera and access to my photos! Blur my shit now, TF?!”
-side note- I wonder if society’s recent disassociation with reality is also tied to the fact we all live in such an altered state of said reality that if some might not even have a realistic idea what their own self image is, then how could they even get a grasp on what is actually going on in the world…
Anyways, I started thinking about this while I was Facetuning my own pic for the gram, Ha!!
