A Wash of Color

This is my shit! A go-to look that’s can be effortless and absolutely striking when done right.

Makeup looks are very structured now a days, which I love, the precision of a winged liner or a cut crease are no easy feat. BUT! I love the subtleties in makeup… a deep navy blue with some heavy metallic effects pressed all over the eye is beautiful…

How do you wear this bold purple eyeshadow you love so much but are scared to wear? Lightly or even using a heavy hand pack some color from the lash line to your crease. It will stand out but there’s less risk of overdoing this look when the pop of color is nice and concentrated.

Or, maybe it’s Wednesday and you want to wear pink…

Smudged out eyeliner is also one of the best ways to make a statement without doing too much.

You can always go for the road less traveled and just throw whatever color you’re in the mood for wherever you want! Play around and see what you like.
